The bundle works on two fronts. Energy: NAD+ powers the mitochondria
that turn food into energy and falls by up to half by midlife, so NMN
rebuilds the supply as a direct precursor, resveratrol and pterostilbene

efficiently, and apigenin and betaine slow NAD+ breakdown and feed its
recycling. Structure: collagen is built by fibroblasts that need
glycine, proline and hydroxyproline in a set 3:1:1 ratio, which is
