AVEA Mobility Routine

AVEA’s Mobility Routine is a joint-care pair that works on two levels: the Mobiliser to ease stiffness, calm inflammation and protect cartilage, plus the Collagen Activator to rebuild the body’s own collagen that joints are structurally built from. Together they cover both the symptoms of worn joints and the root cause, for better flexibility, less discomfort and faster recovery.

Why it is different

The Mobility Routine works the joint from both ends. The Mobiliser acts directly on the joint, with UC-II undenatured Type II collagen shown to improve flexibility up to 15 times more than placebo, Curcuwin Ultra+ curcumin for a balanced inflammatory response, and Maritime Pine Bark for circulation and recovery. The Collagen Activator then addresses why joints weaken in the first place: collagen production falls with age, so it gives your body the amino acids to build its own, using the ETH Zurich precursor shown to convert into new collagen up to four times more effectively than standard collagen. One product manages the joint, the other rebuilds its structure.

What it helps with

  • Improved joint flexibility and less stiffness
  • A balanced inflammatory response and less discomfort
  • Cartilage protection and collagen replenishment for long-term joint strength
  • Faster recovery after exercise

What’s inside (daily)

  • Mobiliser, two capsules: Curcuwin Ultra+ curcumin 500mg, Maritime Pine Bark 155mg, vitamin C 120mg, UC-II undenatured Type II collagen 40mg
  • Collagen Activator (Raspberry or Lemon), one sachet: Colgevity 8.4g (glycine, proline, hydroxyproline 3:1:1), calcium AKG 1g, acerola vitamin C, astaxanthin 4mg

The science

The routine works on two fronts. Treating the joint: UC-II is undenatured Type II collagen that, rather than being digested like hydrolysed collagen, acts on the immune system to calm joint inflammation and support cartilage, and is clinically shown to improve flexibility up to 15 times more than placebo; Curcuwin Ultra+ delivers highly bioavailable curcumin for a balanced inflammatory response, Maritime Pine Bark improves blood flow and oxygenation for faster recovery, and vitamin C is a cofactor for the collagen in cartilage. Rebuilding the structure: cartilage is built on collagen, and collagen production falls with age, so the Collagen Activator supplies glycine, proline and hydroxyproline in the 3:1:1 ratio fibroblasts use to build it, with vitamin C locking the new collagen into stable fibres, AKG fuelling the cells, and astaxanthin protecting against oxidative damage. So the Mobiliser eases the joint while the Collagen Activator rebuilds what it depends on. In an internal WOMAC-index study (N=21), users reported 50% better joint wellbeing and 56% less stiffness over three months, and 80% reported better physical performance within 30 days (N=47). Results are averages and vary from person to person.

How to use

Mobiliser: one capsule in the morning and one in the afternoon or evening, with food. Collagen Activator: one sachet dissolved in water once a day, ideally after a meal or one to two hours before bed, where the glycine also supports sleep.

Works well with

Add NMN and the Booster for cellular energy in joint tissue, or the Stabiliser to address the metabolic side of inflammation. Pair with Sereniser for overnight recovery.

Good to know

Not vegan: the Mobiliser’s UC-II collagen comes from chicken cartilage. The Collagen Activator is vegan, but the routine as a whole is not. Two Collagen Activator flavours (Raspberry, Lemon) with identical actives. Cologne List tested for athletes. Made in GMP-certified Swiss facilities, every batch independently tested. Covered by AVEA’s 90-day money-back guarantee.
