AVEA Longevity Bundle

AVEA’s Longevity Bundle takes the two products in the Vitality Bundle, NMN and the Booster, and adds the Collagen Activator. It works on the two changes that drive how you age, falling NAD+ and falling collagen, so you get the energy, focus and recovery of the NAD+ system together with firmer skin, stronger hair and nails, and better-supported joints.

Why it is different

Most longevity routines pick one target. The Longevity Bundle covers two of the most cited drivers of ageing at once, and does each properly. For energy, it runs the full NAD+ cycle: NMN restores NAD+ while the Booster converts it into cellular energy and protects it from breaking down. For structure, the Collagen Activator doesn’t feed you animal collagen to digest; it gives your body the exact amino acids it needs to build its own, using Colgevity, the vegan precursor developed at ETH Zurich and shown to convert into new collagen up to four times more effectively than standard collagen. It’s the natural step up from the Vitality Bundle for anyone who wants to feel the difference and see it.

What it helps with

  • Steady all-day energy, sharper focus, faster recovery
  • Firmer, more hydrated skin and reduced fine lines
  • Stronger hair and nails, better-supported joints
  • Long-term cellular support that may lower biological age over time

What’s inside (daily)

  • NMN (Longevir), 250mg or 500mg Forte, 99% pure, made in Europe
  • Booster, six actives in olive oil: resveratrol 150mg, Ubiquinol CoQ10 100mg, betaine 50mg, pterostilbene 50mg, apigenin 50mg, nicotinamide 16mg
  • Collagen Activator (Raspberry or Lemon), one sachet: Colgevity 8.4g (glycine, proline, hydroxyproline in a 3:1:1 ratio), calcium AKG 1g, acerola vitamin C, astaxanthin 4mg

The science

The bundle works on two fronts. Energy: NAD+ powers the mitochondria that turn food into energy and falls by up to half by midlife, so NMN rebuilds the supply as a direct precursor, resveratrol and pterostilbene switch on SIRT1 to build new mitochondria while Ubiquinol makes them run efficiently, and apigenin and betaine slow NAD+ breakdown and feed its recycling. Structure: collagen is built by fibroblasts that need glycine, proline and hydroxyproline in a set 3:1:1 ratio, which is exactly what Colgevity delivers ready to use, where hydrolysed animal collagen is mostly broken down into general protein instead; vitamin C then locks the new collagen into stable fibres, AKG fuels the cells doing the building, and astaxanthin shields it from oxidative damage. In an AVEA customer survey (N=450), 85% reported more energy and focus within three months; in a six-month observational study (N=58), 97% saw improved skin quality within 30 days and the group averaged a 1.4-year reduction in biological age. Results are averages and vary from person to person.

How to use

Morning: one NMN capsule and one Booster capsule together, with or without food. Daily: one Collagen Activator sachet dissolved in water, ideally after a meal or one to two hours before bed, where the glycine also supports sleep.

Works well with

Add Cell Primer to make the Complete Rejuvenation Routine, which adds senescent-cell clearance to the NAD+ and collagen support. Pair with Sereniser for deeper sleep, or use the Longevity NAD+ Test to track your baseline.

Good to know

Two strengths (250mg NMN for most people, 500mg Forte for those over 50, above 100kg, or with higher demands; benefits plateau beyond about 600mg a day) and two Collagen Activator flavours (Raspberry, Lemon), with identical actives. Not vegan: the Booster uses gelatine to keep the Ubiquinol stable. The NMN and Collagen Activator are both vegan. Made in GMP-certified Swiss facilities, every batch independently tested. Covered by AVEA’s 90-day money-back guarantee.
