The Ultrahuman Ring AIR is the measurement layer for your longevity routine: a lightweight titanium smart ring that continuously tracks your sleep, recovery, heart rate variability and skin temperature, so you can see how your body responds to your habits and your supplements. AVEA partnered with Ultrahuman to bring it into the stack, because you can’t optimise what you don’t measure. It needs no subscription.
Why it is different
It turns your longevity routine from guesswork into something you can see. Worn on the finger rather than the wrist, it weighs as little as 2.4 grams and is notch-less and smooth inside, so it’s comfortable enough to wear overnight for accurate sleep tracking, where a bulky watch isn’t. Unlike the main subscription-based smart rings, it gives you full access to every feature and insight with no monthly fee. And paired with an AVEA protocol, it becomes a feedback loop: when your Sleep Index climbs or your resting heart rate steadies after you start a supplement, you can see the change rather than guess at it.
What it helps with
- Understanding your sleep architecture (deep, light and REM)
- Reading your daily recovery and readiness to train
- Tracking HRV, resting heart rate and cardiovascular fitness over time
- Seeing how your habits and supplements affect your body, measurably

How it works
Three sensors work together to read your physiology from the finger, where blood flow is easy to measure. The optical PPG sensor reads heart rate, HRV and blood oxygen; a medical-grade sensor tracks small shifts in skin temperature that signal recovery, illness or hormonal changes; and a 6-axis motion sensor captures movement and sleep. The ring runs a 14-day calibration when you first wear it, building your personal baseline so that later readings are judged against your own normal rather than a population average, which is what makes its alerts meaningful rather than noisy. Ultrahuman’s app turns the raw signals into a Sleep Index, a Recovery Score and long-term trends, and its PowerPlugs platform adds optional tracking for things like circadian rhythm, VO₂ max and ovulation. In Ultrahuman’s own validation, the ring showed 99.5% heart-rate agreement with the Apple Watch, 95% sleep-detection accuracy against clinical sleep-study equipment, and skin-temperature readings within 0.4°C of a gold-standard sensor. These are device-accuracy figures from Ultrahuman, not medical claims; the Ring AIR is a tracking tool, not a medical device.
How to use
Order through AVEA and Ultrahuman sends a sizing kit first, so your final ring fits correctly before it ships. Wear it continuously, day and night, and charge it for a few minutes every few days. Give it the 14-day calibration window before reading too much into the scores; meaningful patterns emerge from around three weeks onward.
Works well with
A natural companion to any AVEA routine, since it shows the effect of what you’re taking. It pairs especially closely with Sereniser, where you can watch deep and REM sleep respond, and with NMN and the Booster for recovery and resting-heart-rate trends. Its sister device, the Ultrahuman M1 CGM, adds real-time glucose to the same picture.
Good to know
Made by Ultrahuman and distributed by AVEA, who provides the longevity-protocol context for the data it captures; the hardware, app and data support come through Ultrahuman’s ecosystem. One-off purchase, no subscription. A sizing kit ships before the ring itself.
